About Coloured Contacts
Online Retail Pty Ltd (ACN/ABN 129 770 501) trading as Coloured Contacts is an Australian registered company. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria and sell/ship colour contact lenses Australia wide. We do not sell or ship internationally.
If you wish to purchase cosmetic colour contact lenses online, we have provided the following information for your use. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
 Paying by Credit Card
We accept credit card payments through VISA, Mastrercard and AMEX only.
 Paying by PayPal
We are a verified PayPal business. You are welcome to use PayPal to purchase anything from our online store.
Paying by Fax/Money Order [ Print Order Form ]
People who prefer to do things the good old fashioned way are welcome to print out and send through our fax/mail order form. You can pay pay by credit card, cheque or money order. Mail orders can take up to 5 days to process when paying by cheque. Adobe PDF Reader is required to print the order form.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use Australia Post for all our shipping and provide three shipping options. Orders placed before midday weekdays are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped next day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday.
1. Free Shipping
Goods are mailed by regular post.
2. Australia Post - Registered Post (Includes Insurance)
Registered Post through Australia Post. All shipments by Registered Post include insurance for your purchase against loss or damage by Australia Post. Orders up to $100.00 in value are covered by Australia Post. Orders over $100 in value will be covered by Coloured Contacts.
3. Australia Post - Express Post
For an additional fee, items can be mailed Exress Post for next business day delivery. Generally, next business day delivery is is available to all major Australian capital cities with exceptions to Perth and Darwin. RETURNS and REFUNDS
All our products are inspected before shipping. Returns are in accordance with manufacturers warranty, and these warranties will be honored by Coloured Contacts. Returns due to incorrect colour choice or change of mind will not be issued, however if the product is returned to Coloured Contacts in a re-sellable condition, and with all original packaging unopened, an exchange product (for e.g. a different coloured lens) may be given where possible. Any extra postage costs associated with exchanging products once approval to exchange has been given by Coloured Contacts, will be the responsibilty of the customer.
We will replace any defect products sold through Coloured Contacts. You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your tax invoice. Please include your name and invoice number when enquiring about returns or refunds.

SECURITY
We use 256 bit encryption to process credit card orders. For additional security, we offer payment through PayPal or you may order using our fax/mail order form.
PRIVACY POLICY & CONDITIONS OF USE
We respect your privacy and will only contact you in regards to your order or if you have selected to receivenewsletters and information about new products.
SPECIAL NOTE: The only information we DO NOT retain is your credit card details. For the protection of both us and our clients these details are deleted after each transaction.
